The conference area and breakout session rooms were great, and the food provided during the conference was delicious, with vegetarian options available. The concierge food area was also wonderful for breakfast and dinner. The hotel rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, especially Joe, were top-notch and well-trained. The hotel also had great amenities such as a fitness room and a saltwater pool. Additionally, if you enjoy running, there are several routes in the area with paved sidewalks.
The front desk staff, particularly one woman, was very rude and unhelpful. Eventually, we were given the correct room, but there was a strange clicking noise throughout the night coming from the adjacent elevator wall.

The room had a nice interior and was well-maintained. The location is great, just a stone's throw away from the mall and many restaurants and stores. The area is very nice, with Franklin and Nashville close by. A beautiful forested park is located only 2 miles away from the hotel.
